Monday and Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Tuesday: 11:30am - 4:30pm
Weekends during major events such as qualifiers

The UKLA office will be closed from 22nd December 2022 until 3rd January 2023

There is also a slight change to opening hours in January 2023:

Monday and Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Tuesday: 9am - 2pm (instead of 11:30am - 4:30pm)
